Heat Resistant Rubber Belt

Product Feature:

Numerous manufacturing processes involve heat generation and/or conveyance of hot material. While the belt selection is usually made on the basis of certain design criteria by the end users, it os often that owing to the process variables , the actual condition that the belt are exposed to are much more than the temperature which was originally estimated.

Due to the harsh operating conditions the belt are exposed to the belt tends to fail due to:

Cover Hardening |Ply delamination |Belt Deformation |Joint failure

At Archana we have given attention to offer superior heat resistant belts where the carcass reinforcements and rubber compounds have been combined to address the applications involving conveying of hot materials. Apart from these following factors are also taken into consideration:

  • Length of the conveyor
  • Average and peak temperature of material to be conveyed
  • Speed of the belt
  • Surface temperature of material at discharge end
  • Thickness of top cover
  • Nature and composition of material

  • Clinker
  • Sinter
  • Fly Ash
  • Asphalt/Hot Mix
  • Foundry Sand
  • Metcoke
  • Burnt Lime
